Civil Law covers many aspects and is different to Criminal Law in so far as the 'burden of proof' is different.
Many people have Civil Law matters that can often be resolved by negotiation and mediation thus avoiding court action.
We are able to assist you in compiling a case for the civil courts when you feel that compensation is due to you as someone has deceived you or may have committed a fraudulent act against you.
If someone has defamed you, online, by text, but word then we can assist you in building a case against that person. In these types of cases damages may be awarded to you.
